Nothing compliments a wonderful steak or even a nice piece of grilled chicken quite like these Easy Roasted Rosemary Potatoes. They have long since been one of my families favorites and are so quick to throw together and pop in the oven they tend to be one of those last minute subs when I don’t have time to make something more complex for dinner. I hope your family enjoys them as much as we do.
EASY ROASTED ROSEMARY POTATOES
5-6 Medium Russet Potatoes
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
2 Teaspoons Dried Rosemary
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Wash potatoes well.
Leave skin on potatoes but cut into 1″-1 1/2″ pieces.
Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until well coated and pour onto non stick baking sheet
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until tender and browning
These are a favorite when we grill steaks, chicken or pork as they are so easy and versatile. If your family prefers a little spice you can easily add in some cayenne or chili powder for a bit of “kick”. We typically serve alone as a side but we have also roasted these, cooked turkey bacon and crumbled on top then popped back in the oven under broil with a sprinkle of sharp cheddar for a quick “loaded fries” meal. They are also great with a drizzle of Ranch Dressing.
