Broiled Salmon with Dill and Capers

Ingredients
  • 4 4oz. Salmon Fillets
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Dill
  • 1 Tablespoon Capers
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. You can alternately line with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat if preferred.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the cayenne, salt, pepper, and dill together.
  4. Sprinkle seasonings generously on all sides of fillets
  5. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and then top with capers
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
  7. Turn over and set the oven to broil to cook for additional 3-5 minutes. Watch to make sure the salmon filet is browning and not burning.
