Homemade Fajita Seasoning Marinade For Customized Fajitas
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or large Ziploc bag.
  2. Pour over fajita protein of choice.
  3. Marinate for 1 hour to overnight.
  4. When ready to cook, remove meat or vegetables from marinade and cook until tender or cooked through (preferred temperature for steaks or correct temperature for chicken).
