BBQ Apricot Chicken Recipe

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup sugar-free apricot jam
  • ½ cup G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the jam, bbq sauce, soy sauce, and seasonings.
  2. Line baking sheet with foil and place chicken breasts in even layer
  3. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken making sure well covered.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, and serve with favorite sides.
