Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  • 2 slices Aunt Millie's 35 Calorie Potato Bread (or similar 1point per slice bread)
  • ¼ Cup Fat-Free Shredded Mozzarella
  • 9 slices Turkey Pepperoni
  • 1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce (Cantadina Pizza Sauce is low point)
  • 1 teaspoon Reduced Fat margarine or butter (if using butter, add additional point)
  1. Add margarine to skillet and allow to melt.
  2. Spread tomato sauce onto one side of each piece of bread.
  3. Place one piece of bread into melted margarine with sauce side up, and top with shredded cheese, turkey pepperoni, and an additional piece of bread.
  4. Toast on medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until browned. Flip and toast additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve with a side salad or fresh veggies.
