Garlic Roasted Garbanzo Beans

  • 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  1. Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  3. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans.
  4. Pat garbanzo beans dry, pour into a large bowl.
  5. Toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until all are well coated.
  6. Spread evenly over baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Turn chickpeas so they are evenly roasted (use a spatula to flip them or simply stir around but make sure they are in an even layer).
  8. Place back in the oven at 375° for additional 25 minutes.
  9. Allow the roasted garbanzo beans to cool before storing in an airtight container for snacking.
