Lazy Vegan Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 box (2 servings) Ling Ling Vegetable Fried Rice
  • 3 cups broccoli crowns
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ cup Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce
  • ¼ cup Low Sodium Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
  1. In large wok or skillet, heat sesame oil, broccoli, and red bell peppers. Stir constantly until just tender, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  2. Pour in stir-fry sauce and teriyaki sauce and continue cooking 2 minutes.
  3. Add in 2 packages (1 box, but 2 bags) of Ling Ling Vegetarian Fried Rice.
  4. Mix well and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve.
