Slow Cooker Chili Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Fat-Free Refried Beans
  • 3 cups Hormel Vegetarian Chili
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 10 slices Velveeta Original Flavor Cheese Product Slices
Instructions
  1. Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray to help prevent burning and sticking. Alternately, you may use a slow cooker liner.
  2. Add half of the beans, chili, bell pepper, and onion in the slow cooker and stir.
  3. Add half the cheese slices on top of the mixture.
  4. Add remaining beans, chili, bell pepper, and onion in the slow cooker and top with remaining cheese slices.
  5. Cook on low heat for 1½ hours.
  6. Remove the lid and stir the mixture. If the mixture is heated through and cheese melted, feel free to serve. If not, place the lid back on the slow cooker and continue cooking for an additional hour.
  7. Leave on warm if serving at a party or event.
