Ranch BBQ Chicken Naan Bites

  • 2 cups chicken breasts, shredded
  • ½ cup reduced sugar ketchup
  • ⅛ cup mustard
  • ⅛ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  • 20 Stonefire Naan Dippers
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Dressing
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
  3. Place Naan dippers on a baking sheet and cook at 400 degrees for 7 minutes or until heated through.
  4. In a large stockpot, combine ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder on high heat.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat to medium.
  6. Add the chicken to the sauce mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is heated through.
  7. Spread Ranch dip or dressing on Naan dippers, using about ⅛ teaspoon for each dipper. Use just enough to coat the top of the Naan.
  8. Spoon 1 tablespoon chicken mixture onto each piece of Naan and then top with a few pieces of green onion.
