Easy Asian Salad Recipe

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup grated carrots
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoons extra virginĀ olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup tortilla strips
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic until well blended. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, lettuce, carrots, and onions until well combined.
  3. Pour dressing mixture over salad greens along with almonds and tortillas then toss gently to coat.
