Best Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • ½ cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • ¼ cup grated carrot
Instructions
  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain, and pour into large bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients together and mix until macaroni is well coated and all ingredients are combined.
  3. Add salt to taste, if needed.
  4. Refrigerate before serving.
