Ingredients
2 (15oz) cans chickpeas, drained
1 red bell pepper, chopped
½ medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1½ cups canned light unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients in Instant Pot Liner and mix well to combine.
Place lid on Instant Pot and set to seal.
Cook on manual pressure for 5 minutes.
Manually pressure release when cooking cycle has completed.
