  • 3 cups Minute rice
  • ½ cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  1. In a large stockpot, combine all ingredients and stir well.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Let stand for 10 minutes and stir to combine flavors well.
  4. Best served warm.
