Skinny Pea Salad Recipe

  • 1 bag, 14 oz, frozen peas, thawed
  • 6 slices of center cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 6 ounces 2% cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  1. Add peas, bacon, onion, and cheese to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and stir until combined.
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until ready to serve. Store covered, in the refrigerator.
