Skinny Pea Salad Recipe

- 1 bag, 14 oz, frozen peas, thawed
- 6 slices of center cut bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 6 ounces 2% cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Add peas, bacon, onion, and cheese to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and stir until combined.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until ready to serve. Store covered, in the refrigerator.
