Skinny Blueberry Lemon Muffin

  • 1 Lemon Cake Mix (dry mix only)
  • 1 can Blueberry Pie Filling
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix both ingredients together until makes a thick batter
  3. Spoon into 24 lined muffin tins. May use silicone muffin pan or traditional muffin tin with paper liners.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  5. Note: These are very moist, so similar to a cake more than a muffin
