Ingredients
  • 4 ounces ripe avocado
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (omit if you prefer less heat)
  • ¼-1/2 teaspoon salt - to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serve within 48 hours.
