Breakfast Banana Slpit

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups of strawberries
  • 2 cups of vanilla light yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of peanuts/cashews/almonds (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar-free chocolate syrup
  1. Talking about tasty, easy-to-prepare frozen desserts that will fill you up while helping you give your sweet tooth just what it wants, this banana split is an absolute winner. It will not take more than 10 minutes for you to have it prepared and served at your dinner table.
  2. The prep work consists of crushing the nuts and chopping the bananas in half. Once you have done that, pick out two medium-sized dessert bowls and put your halved bananas in them. Scoop the vanilla light yogurt and place it on top of the bananas. Continue by adding the strawberries, nuts, and a drizzle of the sugar-free chocolate syrup.
  3. While this recipe yields only two servings, it can be doubled or tripled for couples who love entertaining or want to serve this to the family after dinner on the weekend.
