Frozen Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie
Recipe type: Dessert
  • 8 oz of fat-free cream cheese
  • ½ cup of peanut butter
  • ½ cup of baking stevia
  • ¼ cup of skim milk
  • 1 cup of fat-free Cool Whip
  • One premade Oreo Pie Crust
  • 3 tablespoons of Light Hershey’s Syrup
  1. The first thing that you should do is to cover a springform pan (8 x 8 inches is ideal) in a non-stick cooking spray. Once you have done that, mold the Oreo pie crust until you achieve the right thickness, pressing it down into the pan.
  2. Now that the non-stick coating is covering the pan, and the pie crust is prepared – the only thing left to do is to mix all the ingredients together. Whether you are going to use a mechanical mixer or stir it by hand, be sure to stop only when it has all combined into one hearty mixture.
  3. Now that you have prepared the mixture, pour and spread it over the crust. Let it sit in the freezer for 6 hours, and take it out 10-15 minutes before serving, allowing it to soften to room temperature. Add Reese Peanut Butter Cups or nuts as a topping, and enjoy your dessert! The whole recipe yields 10 servings, enough for you and your whole family to enjoy.
