Raspberry Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt

  • cups of frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups of fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup of sugar
  • ⅓ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a food processor, and blend until you achieve a smooth, yogurt-like texture. Now, put it through an ice cream maker and just before it is set, top it off with the chocolate chips.
  2. This recipe will yield around 8 servings, so you can store any leftovers in air-tight containers in your freezer. But let’s be honest — there probably won’t be any leftovers!
