Weight Watchers Key Lime Pie

  • 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust – these can be purchased premade
  • 3 oz package of sugar-free lime gelatin
  • ¼ cup of boiling water
  • 1 container of fat free whipped topping (8 ounces)
  • 2 x 6 ounce containers of key lime pie yogurt
  1. In a large heatproof bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in the boiling water
  2. Get the key lime pie yogurt and stir it into the gelatin mix using a whisk and let it sit until it has settled just a little bit, but not too much.
  3. Use a wooden spoon to fold in the whipped topping
  4. Spread the mixture on to the crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
