Ingredients
  • 4 ½ inch thick pork chops or pork tenderloins (5 ounces each)
  • 1 ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

  3. Rub the spice paste into each side of the pork chops, making sure to get each piece nicely coated with seasonings.
  4. Place seasoned pork chops onto the greased pan and place pan inside broiler. Broil for four minutes on each side. Make sure the meat is no longer pink.
