Weight Watchers Sweet & Sour Meatballs

- 1 pound 99% Ground Turkey breast or Ground Chicken Breast
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- ¼ teriyaki sauce
- ¼ Cup Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
- ⅛ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar twin
- In a large bowl, mix together ground meat and spices (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin). Mix until well blended.
- In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar twin.
- Add ¼ cup of sauce mixture to meat mixture and mix well.
- Roll meat mixture into 1½" balls. Should make about 12 meatballs
- Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet (we use silicone baking mats) about 1" apart
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn meatballs, and cook for additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and toss with sauce until well coated.
