Weight Watchers Sweet & Sour Meatballs

  • 1 pound 99% Ground Turkey breast or Ground Chicken Breast
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • ¼ teriyaki sauce
  • ¼ Cup Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
  • ⅛ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar twin
  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground meat and spices (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin).  Mix until well blended.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar twin.
  3. Add ¼ cup of sauce mixture to meat mixture and mix well.
  4. Roll meat mixture into 1½" balls.  Should make about 12 meatballs
  5. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet (we use silicone baking mats) about 1" apart
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.  Turn meatballs, and cook for additional 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and toss with sauce until well coated.
