  • 2 Large Sweet Potatoes (Washed, peeled and cubed)
  • ½ Cup Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
  1. Place sweet potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 8-10 minutes or until fork tender.
  3. Remove from heat and drain
  4. Pour into large bowl, add in yogurt and seasonings and mash until smooth.
  5. We recommend using a hand mixer for the smoothest potato mixture.
