Gluten Free Oven Baked Chicken Parmesan With Ragu #Saucesome

  • 1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Large Spaghetti Squash
  • 1 Jar Ragú® Old World Style® Sauce
  • ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Slice chicken breasts into medallions or ½" thick slices.
  3. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and place in 9"x13" casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
  4. While chicken is cooking, slice spaghetti squash in half. Remove seeds.
  5. Cook in microwave for 5-15 minutes on high, checking every 5 minutes for doneness.
  6. Remove squash from microwave, and allow to cool. Shred squash with fork and set aside.
  7. Remove chicken from oven, then transfer chicken only into bowl.
  8. Pour squash into casserole dish and toss with any remaining oil and seasoning in bottom of casserole pan.
  9. Top withRagú® Old World Style® Sauce, chicken and sprinkled Parmesan on top.
  10. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted.
