High Protein Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 6 scoops Chocolate Purely Inspired Protein Powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup Mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray 9x9 dish with non-stick cooking spray
  3. In blender or food processor add black beans, molasses and coconut oil and pulse until pureed.
  4. Mix in dry ingredients until everything is blended well.
  5. Pour into dish and top with mini chocolate chips
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Brownies will be soft and moist.
