Cheesy Corn Dip Recipe with Bacon & Jalapeno
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cans corn, drained
  • 1⁄4 cup diced jalapenos
  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar works best!)
  • optional heat: red pepper flakes
  1. Preheat oven to 400*F
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well, reserving 2 strips of bacon and a few teaspoons of parmesan cheese for the end.
  3. Scoop mixture into cast iron skillet. Bake 20 minutes on 400*
