Prepare the crust.

In a blender or food processor, crush the graham crackers then mix with 1 teaspoon Swerve, cinnamon, and melted butter.  Press into springform pan.

Prepare Cheesecake Filling

Cream together cream cheese, yogurt, eggs, and sour cream.  Stir in vanilla extract, Swerve, and flour.  Pour into prepared pan.

Baking the cheesecake.

Bake in a water bath for 1 hour, then allow to cool before refrigerating at least 2 hours up to overnight.  Serve topped sugar-free with cherry pie filling.
