Prepare the batter

In a large bowl, mash the bananas then add the peanut butter, applesauce, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix in the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. 

Bake the Muffins

Preheat the oven and line the muffin tin with paper liners.  Fill each cup 3/4 of the way full then bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until done in the center.
