I absolutely love my Weight Watchers breakfast smoothies, but this strawberry pina colada smoothie is my favorite so far!  I have been a huge fan of pina colada flavors since I was a child, and a few years ago I had the chance to have a virgin pina colada at a luau in Honolulu while on vacation and fell in love with their flavor combinations.  I had never seen other fruits added to the mix, but they served ones with strawberry, mango, and even peach.  It totally changes the flavors but still keeps that coconut and pineapple flavor in the background.

Don't miss this delicious Weight Watchers Breakfast! Strawberry Pina Colada smoothie is just what you need to start the day!

When my friend Emilee started creating recipes for me, I asked if she would test this out.  While it wasn't her favorite (she loves our green smoothie recipe), they did all love the flavors.  It's even great for those who need a dairy free smoothie since it features coconut milk and no dairy!

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple chunks

1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

All you have to do to create this great and tasty Weight Watchers breakfast is to add the ingredients to your high powered blender or a Ninja like we use and pulse until smooth.  If your fruit isn't frozen, you may want to add a few ice cubes to the mix to make it slushier.  This strawberry pina colada smoothie is a great choice for kids for snacks, an easy healthy breakfast or even a special dessert treat.

Since this is so healthy, it fits perfectly into our Weight Watchers diet plan.  I love that the flavors are so bright and that it satisfies my sweet tooth without being so full of added sugars.  If you don't find this sweet enough, you can easily add a bit of your preferred sweetener, just make sure you account for it when figuring your points for the day.

I love that this recipe doesn't call for alcohol since that makes it harder to lose weight. This looks super tasty and I'm glad it's healthy so I don't feel guilty!
