Tips for Taking Salads on the Go

Now that you've had a chance to look over our list of the best salad recipes for WW FreeStyle, you may wonder about the best ways to take your salad to work for lunch.  The three best methods are listed below.

  • Place salad dressing in the bottom of a mason jar, and then layer vegetables and protein with lettuce or greens on the top.  When ready to eat, simply dump the contents of the jar onto a plate and mix.
  • Use a bento salad box system to separate toppings and dressings with salad greens in a bag.  Mix together on a plate for your meal.
  • Place your tossed salad ingredients into an airtight container keeping the salad dressing in a small bottle or container separate until time to eat.
