First of all, an easy fruit salad recipe is a great way to help get fruit into your routine.  This is especially helpful if you have kids that want sugar snacks all the time during the summer months.  Having a few of these made and ready to grab out of the fridge is ideal. You can offer up whatever fruit dip recipe you prefer, or you can serve the fruit just like it is fresh and delicious!

Supply Suggestions:  We use wide mouth canning jars for building our easy fruit salad recipe.  You can reach into layer the canning jars easier with the wide mouth, so I always grab those.  Additionally, I purchased this Professional Pineapple Slicer recently and am totally in love with how easy it is to use! It has made fresh pineapples much easier to have on a regular basis.

Ingredients for Easy Fruit Salad:

1 cup strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup pineapple

1 cup grapes

Directions for Easy Fruit Salad:

Wash and pat dry all of your fruits.

If desired, cut into bite-sized pieces.  We recommend this for the pineapple and strawberries.  I use a pineapple corer and slicer on a fresh pineapple, but you can use canned if preferred, just rinse well and pat dry.

Layer fruits in four mason jars with grapes, strawberries, pineapple, and blueberries.

Seal with lid and refrigerate for up to 1 week.  Remove and pour into a bowl when ready to serve.
